New Form Wizard, Link Properties page

Use this page of the wizard to define the link between the primary collection of a form and a subcollection on that form.

This is accomplished by selecting (typically) corresponding properties from the primary collection and the subcollection and then defining a link between them ([Add Link]). This allows the two collections both to display as appropriate on the form, with the proper relationship established.
