Viewing Open Warranty Claims
To view the open warranty claims for the currently logged in partner, turn off Filter-in-Place on the form. The information displayed in the grid for each incident comes from the Incidents form. All the fields in the grid are read-only except these fields:
- Action: Use this field to authorize or reject the claim.
- Amount Authorized: Use this field to specify the amount that has been authorized for the claim.
- Warranty SRO Template: Use this field to select a SRO template.
The Notes, Reason/Resolution Notes, and Events grids display information related to the warranty claim.
The Customer Totals section shows additional information on these three tabs:
- Critical Number: This tab shows critical number gauges for the authorized and denied claims in year-to-date format and month-to-date.
- SRO History: This tab shows service order history for the associated SRO.
- Incident History: This tab shows history for the associated incident.
The Unit Totals section shows additional information on these three tabs:
- Critical Number: This tab shows critical number gauges for the authorized and denied claims in year-to-date format and month-to-date.
- Warranties: This tab lists the unit warranties.
- Contracts: This tab lists the unit contracts.
