Troubleshooting

• Authorize IONAPI and Microsoft Office 365 in RPA Management > Manage > Authorization.
• Ensure the RPA version is compatible with the process.
• Verify that the device status is connected in the unattended mode.
• If an email contains multiple PDFs and one or more are not processed, the user receives an Inbox alert and an Email with the PDF details. The unprocessed PDFs are sent through email to the configured folder for reprocessing or can be manually created in LN. The unprocessed or failed shipments are available in IDM.
