Required Actions

This widget displays the data based on the matrix selected in the On Your Radar widget.

Note: You must specify the Company and Snooze Duration in the Filter section to view the data in this widget. By default, the Snooze Duration is set to 24 hours.

You can use these options in the widget:

  • Snooze: Enables you to turn off the reminder for the action.
  • View Snooze List: Enables you to access the Snooze list window wherein you can view all the required actions for which the reminder is turned off using the Snooze option. You can click Unsooze to remove the required actions from the snooze list.
  • View All: Enables you to view all the required actions in LN.

Required actions for Invoices with problem code matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Invoices with problem code matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Invoices with problem code window wherein the data is displayed for the selected business partner.

You can click View All to view all the invoices with specified problem code.

You can use Export to Excel to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Open receipts and credit notes matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Open receipts and credit notes matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Open receipts and credit notes window wherein the data is displayed for the selected business partner.

You can click View All to view all the receipts and credit notes related to the business partners.

You can use Export to Excel to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.
