Top Projects by Spend

This widget displays the data related to the budget and actual costs of all projects as soon as the actual cost exceeds 70% of the budgeted amount. The budget and actual costs count is displayed when you rest the pointer on the bar chart.

Note: This widget displays only top 5 projects in the bar chart.

When you click View all the projects managed by the project manager where the actual cost exceeds 70% of the budgeted amount is displayed on the All Projects by Spend window. You can select the project from the list to view the details related to this project based on element and activity. The Hours and the Amount tabs displays the labor details and the accumulated cost for each cost type respectively. You can click View all on the All Projects by Spend window the Project 360 (tppdm6500m100) session is displayed.
