Required Actions for a Buyer

This widget displays the data based on the matrix selected in the On Your Radar widget. To view the data in this widget, you must select these check boxes in the Purchase Order Parameters (tdpur0100m400) session:

  • Change Requests
  • Process Purchase Order Change Requests Automatically
Note: The two check boxes must also be selected for each purchase office in the Purchase Offices (tdpur0112m000) session.

You can use these options in the widget:

  • Snooze: Use this option to turn off the reminder for the action.
  • View Snooze List: Use this option to access the Snooze list window. You can view all the required actions for which the reminder is turned off using the Snooze option. You can click Unsooze to remove the required actions from the snooze list.
  • View All: Use this option to view all the required actions in LN.

Required actions for Request missing information due matrix

When you click the Request missing information matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related to pending requisition, open RFQs actions are displayed. You can update business partner and/or price.

You can click Details to access the Request missing information window wherein the orders linked to the selected request are displayed.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Purchase order confirmations due matrix

When you click the Purchase order confirmations matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed.

You can click Confirm to access the Purchase order confirmations window wherein the orders linked to the selected customer are displayed. Click Save order lines in the Purchase order confirmations window to clear or export the selected order line. You can also click Initiate change request/Approve to save and approve the selected purchase order. You can also update the Confirmed Receipt date and save the data.

You can click the email address or the Email option, if available. The configured email application is opened, and the customer email address is defaulted. You can click the phone number, if available. The application configured for a phone call is opened and you can initiate a call with the customer. The Email and Phone options are enabled only if this data is defined in the Contacts by Business Partner Role (tccom4545m000) session.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Orders past due matrix

When you click the Orders past due matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed.

You can click Update to access the Orders past due window wherein the orders linked to the selected customer are displayed. Click Save order lines in the Orders past due window to clear or export the selected order line. You can also click Initiate change request/Approve to save and approve the selected purchase order. You can also update the Confirmed Receipt date and save the data.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

The Email and Phone options are enabled only if this data is defined in the Contacts by Business Partner Role (tccom4545m000) session.

Required actions for Purchase order mismatches matrix

When you click the Purchase order mismatches matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed. You can verify the mismatch in the Quantity and Date specified for Purchase Order and Receipt.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.
