Required Actions

This widget displays the data based on the matrix selected in the On Your Radar widget.

To view the data in this widget, this data must be specified:

  • The user for the related site in the Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000) session.
  • The employee in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session.
  • The Production Department and the Manager field in the Production Department (tirou2600m000) session.
  • The work center in the Production Department (tirou2600m000) session. This value is defaulted from the Operation field on the Operations tab in the Production Order (tisfc0101m100)session.

You can use these options in the widget:

  • Snooze: Use this option to turn off the reminder for the action.
  • View Snooze List: Use this option to access the Snooze list window. You can view all the required actions for which the reminder is turned off using the Snooze option. You can click Unsooze to remove the required actions from the snooze list.
  • View All: Use this option to view all the required actions in production orders.

Required actions for Machine issues matrix

When you click the Machine issues matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed.

You can click Resolve to access the Machine issues window wherein the orders linked to the selected machine are displayed. You can click Resolve and select these options to resolve the machine issues:
  • Subcontract Operations: The Product Subcontractors List (tisub1100m000)session is displayed wherein you can Subcontract the Operations.
  • Re-allocate machine: The Machine Operations (tisfc4100m000)session is displayed wherein you can change the machine and process the order further.
  • Reschedule production order: The Production Order (tisfc0101m100)session is displayed wherein you can change the dates of the order.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Material shortages matrix

When you click the Material shortages matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed.

You can click Find alternative to access the Material shortages window wherein the orders linked to the selected warehouse are displayed. You can click the item code to view the related details in the Job Shop Bill of Material (tibom3600m000)session in the LN application.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Late operations matrix

When you click the Late operations matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed.

You can click Notify Manager to access the Late operations window wherein the orders linked to the selected warehouse are displayed.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Orders to complete matrix

When you click the Orders to complete matrix in the On Your Radar widget, the related required actions are displayed.

You can click Mark as Complete to access the Orders to complete window wherein the orders linked to the selected warehouse are displayed. You can select the production order in the grid to view the Production Order (tisfc0101m100) session.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.
