Required Actions

This widget displays the data based on the matrix selected in the On Your Radar widget.

You can use these options in the widget:

  • Snooze: Use this option to turn off the reminder for the action.
  • View Snooze List: Use this option to access the Snooze list window. You can view all the required actions for which the reminder is turned off using the Snooze option. You can click Unsooze to remove the required actions from the snooze list.
  • View All: Use this option to view all the required actions in LN.

Required actions for Upcoming deliverables matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Upcoming deliverables matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Upcoming deliverables window wherein the list of contract lines are displayed.

You can click the email address or the Email option, if available. The configured email application is opened, and the contract manager email address is defaulted. You can click the phone number, if available. The application configured for a phone call is opened and you can initiate a call with the contract manager.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Late supply orders matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Late supply orders matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Late supply orders window wherein the list of purchase or production orders are displayed.

You can click the email address or the Email option, if available. The configured email application is opened, and the project manager email address is defaulted. You can click the phone number, if available. The application configured for a phone call is opened and you can initiate a call with the project manager.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Non-conformances material reports matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Non-conformances material reports matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Non-conformances (NCMRs) window wherein the list of Non-conformances material reports are displayed.

You can click the email address or the Email option, if available. The configured email application is opened, and the project manager email address is defaulted. You can click the phone number, if available. The application configured for a phone call is opened and you can initiate a call with the project manager.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.

Required actions for Engineering Changes matrix

This widget displays the related required actions when you click the Engineering Changes matrix in the On Your Radar widget.

You can click Review to access the Engineering Changes (ECs) window wherein the list of Engineering Changes are displayed.

You can click the email address or the Email option, if available. The configured email application is opened, and the project manager email address is defaulted. You can click the phone number, if available. The application configured for a phone call is opened and you can initiate a call with the project manager.

You can use the Export to Excel option to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet.
