On Your Radar

This widget includes all the data information related to invoices that are late for registration or approval and have validation errors.

The widget comprises of matrices that display the count of urgent and important tasks. You can click a matrix to view the data related to these tasks in the Required Actions widget. These are the available matrices:

  • Late invoices: This matrix displays the count of received and approved invoices. The data in the Required Actions widget is displayed based on the invoices assigned to the currently logged-in Payable Admin.
    • You can view the Late Received Invoices for which the Status of the late received invoices is set to a value other than Registered or Cancelled in the Received Purchase Invoice (tfacp1610m000) session.
    • You can view the Late Approved Invoices for which the Status of the late approved invoices is set to Registered in the Received Purchase Invoice (tfacp1610m000) session.
  • Unregistered invoices: This matrix displays the count of invoices that are yet to be registered. The data in the Required Actions widget is displayed based on the invoices assigned to the currently logged-in Payable Admin. The Transaction Entry Date is later than the invoice that is created.
  • Invoice errors: This matrix displays the count of invoice errors. The data in the Required Actions widget is displayed based on the invoices assigned to the currently logged-in Payable Admin. The Status of the invoice errors is set to Validation Errors in the Received Purchase Invoice (tfacp1610m000) session to view the related data.
  • Invoices missing information: This matrix displays the count of invoices for which information is missing. The data in the Required Actions widget is displayed based on the invoices assigned to the currently logged-in Payable Admin. The Status of the invoice missing information is set to Validation Errors in the Received Purchase Invoice (tfacp1610m000) session and the Message Type is set to Error in the Define Validation of Received Invoices (tfacp1117m000) session to view the related data.
