On Your Radar for production Supervisor

This widget is used to focus on addressing and managing orders that require immediate attention. The widget comprises of these matrices that display the number of related tasks.

To view the data in this widget, this data must be specified:

• The user for the related site in the Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000) session.
• The employee in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session.
• The Production Department and the Manager field in the Production Department (tirou2600m000) session.
• The work center in the Production Department (tirou2600m000) session. This value is defaulted from the Production Order (tisfc0101m100) session.

This data is displayed for each selected matrix:

• Machine Issues: This matrix displays the count of orders for which the planned setup start date is later than the current date, planned production finish date is in the next 7 days, and the orders that are impacted by Machine Breakdown with any reason. The data is grouped by machines and sorted based on Planned delivery date.
• Material Shortages: This matrix displays the count of production orders for which On hand quantity is less than the Net Quantity in Materials lines (Ordered Quantity) and the planned delivery is in the next 7 days from the current date. The sorting for warehouse is based on Planned delivery date.
• Late Operations: This matrix displays the count of the production order operations for which, the status is set to a value other than Completed or Closed and the Operation Reminder Start Date is earlier than the current date for the previous 7 days. The data is grouped by machine and sorted based on Planned delivery date.
• Orders to Complete: This matrix displays the count of the production orders with status set to Active and the related Operations status set to Completed or Closed, are displayed. The sorting for work center is based on Planned delivery date.
