Quick Actions

This widget provides instant access to the frequently used tasks and shortcuts, to improve the efficiency and convenience for a user.

To view the data in this widget, this data must be specified:

  • The user for the related site in the Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000) session.
  • The Employee in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session.
  • The work center in the Production Department (tirou2600m000) session. This value is defaulted from the Operation field on the Operations tab in the Production Order (tisfc0101m100) session.

These quick access options are available:

  • Complete production orders: Use this option to view all the production orders that are not completed/closed or archived till date.
  • Machine Shift Reports: Use this option to drill back to the Report Shift (tisfc4112m000) session to Report Quantity, Correct/update the Quantity and Complete Shifts & Approve the Machine Hours.

Complete production orders

When you click this option, the Complete Production Order window is displayed. You can view all the production orders that are not completed/closed or archived till date. For each product, the ordered, delivered and rejected quantities are displayed. The production order is displayed only if the order status is set to Active. You can use the Export to Excel option for the selected order to export the entire list of orders to an Excel sheet. You can click on production order in the grid record to view the Production Order (tisfc0101m100) session.

Machine shift reports

When you click this option, the Report Shift (tisfc4112m000) session is displayed. You can view the reported Quantity, Correct/update the Quantity, Complete Shifts & Approve the Machine Hours.

Split production order

You can use this option to access the Split Production Order window wherein you can view all the production orders. For each product, the Ordered Quantity, Production Start Date, Requested Delivery Date, Warehouse and Status (Active, Released) are displayed. You can use the Export to Excel option for the selected order to export the order details to an Excel sheet. You can also use the Split Production Order option to split the selected order into provided quantity with new child production order. You can use theSplit Production Order (tisfc0208m000) session to maintain production orders in LN.

Note: The data is displayed only if the Site and the Manager are specified in the Production Department (tirou2600m000) session.
