On Your Radar
This widget displays all the urgent and important tasks that the shipper planner has to perform. The data is displayed for a specified for a period of 7 days.
- The Site must be specified in the Sales User Profiles (tdsls0139m000) session to view the data in Orders past due, Issues, Upcoming Orders and Contracts for review matrix.
- The Order Origin field must be set to Sales Schedule in the Warehousing Orders (whinh2100m000) session to view the data in Orders past due, Issues and Upcoming Orders matrix.
- The Line Status field must be set to Open on the Outbound Lines tab in the Outbound Order Lines (whinh2120m000) session to view the data in Orders past due, Issues and Upcoming Orders matrix.
- The value of the Projected Quantity field must be 0 on the Shipment Lines tab in the Shipment Lines (whinh4131m000)session to view the data in Orders past due, Issues and Upcoming Orders matrix.
The widget comprises of these matrices that display the number of urgent and important tasks:
- Order past due: This matrix displays the number of orders with the ordered and available
quantity for which planned delivery date includes the range within the next 7 days, starting
from yesterday.
At least one Outbound Line must be present and no Inbound Lines must be present. If a warehouse is specified for the user profile, the data is displayed based on that warehouse. If a warehouse is not specified for the user, the data is displayed based on all warehouses linked to the site specified for the user.
- Issues: This matrix displays the number of ordered and available quantity for which
planned delivery date includes the range within the next 7 days, starting from yesterday.
An Ordered Quantity must be greater than the Available Quantity. At least one Outbound Line must be present and no Inbound Lines must be present. If a warehouse is specified for the user profile, the data is displayed based on that warehouse. If a warehouse is not specified for the user, the data is displayed based on all warehouses linked to the site specified for the user.
- Upcoming orders: This matrix displays the number of ordered and available quantity for
which planned delivery date includes the range within the next 7 days, starting from
yesterday.
At least one Outbound Line must be present and no Inbound Lines must be present. If a warehouse is specified for the user profile, the data is displayed based on that warehouse. If a warehouse is not specified for the user, the data is displayed based on all warehouses linked to the site specified for the user.
- Contract for review: This matrix displays the number of ordered and available quantity. The Status must be set to Active in the Sales Contracts (tdsls8330m000) session to view the data in this widget. If a warehouse is specified for the user profile, the data is displayed based on that warehouse. If a warehouse is not specified for the user, the data is displayed based on all warehouses linked to the site specified for the user. If an Internal Sales Representative is assigned to the user, the data associated with the Representative must be included.
