What's New (new features)

This update includes enhancements related to Visit Planning, Opportunity, Tickets and Order Taking Process in Infor CRM CE.

Enhancements

Enabled capturing user signature on the User Settings screen
You can now use the User Setting screen in the Infor CRM CE Mobile application to capture the user’s signature.
Added support for delivered but unpaid Van Sale Orders
The Sales Order Wizard is enhanced for M3 integrated, delivered but unpaid van sale orders:
  • The new Delivery Note screen replaces the Invoice screen if the order is delivered but payment is due. The new screen can be used to generate the proforma invoice or the delivery note from CRM.
  • New custom settings are added to set the default payment term and an equivalent M3 order type for delivered and paid van sale orders.
New Opportunity Type is added
A new Opportunity Type Agreement is added to the Opportunity detail view. A new related item, Agreement Products, is enabled when the new Opportunity Type is selected.
Visit Planning page now displays promotions and agreements
The Visit Planning page has been enhanced to enable a quick view of:
  • Active promotion campaigns relevant to the Account.
  • Agreement and agreement products created either from promotions or that are user-initiated.
Association of tickets with agreements enhanced
The association of a ticket with an agreement has been enhanced to allow the creation and completion of tickets required for an agreement.
