Transport
Select the option to use as the transport protocol when exchanging data with external systems or applications.
Note: This field is enabled only when the External check box is selected.
Select from these options:
- (Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol) is the protocol most commonly used to transfer data across the Internet. This is the default option and is used for most intranet transactions.
- is used to integrate with applications by one of these means:
- XML documents, using the Infor Business Object Document (BOD) model.
- Infor Management Service (IMS), using JSON-based transactions and the Data Lake.
Regardless of the option you choose, when you select your option, the system enables some other fields on the General tab and disables others.
