Synchronizing mobile application with CE

Use the Synchronization screen to update the changes that are completed in CRM CE.

To Synchronize the changes:

  1. Select Synchronization on the navigation panel. The Synchronization screen is displayed.
  2. Click Synchronize Changes to update the data.
    Note: The changes are synchronized automatically based on the Synchronization Interval option selected on the Settings screen.

    If Synchronization Interval (in Minutes) is set to 0, automatic synchronization is disabled.
