Working with Campaigns

Use the Campaign details screen to review and modify the details of the campaign selected on the Campaign list screen. The Campaign details screen comprises of these tabs:

  • DETAILS: The details related to the campaign can be viewed and modified.
  • RELATED: The entities related to the item can be viewed and modified. These entities are:
    • Campaign Account
    • Campaign Product

To modify the Campaign details:

  1. SelectCampaign on the navigation bar. The Campaign list screen is displayed.
  2. Click the name of the campaign. The Campaign details screen is displayed.
  3. Select the Details tab.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. View or modify this Information:
    Name
    The name of the campaign.
    Type
    An identifier for the delivery method or activity type. Possible values:
    • Email
    • Phone Call
    • Mail
    • Fax
    • Media
    • Other
    • Multiple
    Code
    A unique identifier for the campaign. You can assign a combination of letters and numbers that have not been used.
    Manager
    The name of the person in the company who is responsible for the campaign.
    Note: You can click Look up to find the person or team within your organization who manages the campaign.
    Start Date
    The date on which the campaign starts.
    End Date
    The date on which the campaign ends.
    Description
    A brief description of the campaign.
    Status
    The status of the campaign. Possible values:
    • Active
    • Inactive
    • Setup
    Region
    The region in which the campaign is finished.
    Auto Assign
    Select this check box to process the campaign automatically.
    Comments
    The comments that are specific to this campaign.
  6. Click Save.
