Using Delivery Note

Use the Delivery Note window to view the delivery note created in CRM for a sales order with order type Standard Van Sale and is already delivered but still unpaid.

Note: This is applicable only for M3 integrated customers.

To view the Delivery Note window:

  1. Click Next on the Order Summary or Signature Capture window. The Delivery Note window is displayed.
  2. Review this information:
    Delivery Note Number
    The number assigned when the delivery note is created.
    Account
    The account associated with the sales order.
    Payment Terms
    The payment conditions that must be met.
    Payment Method
    The method of receiving payment from the customer such as:
    • Cash
    • Credit or Debit card
    Document Date
    The date on which the delivery note is created.
    Due Date
    The date on which the order is scheduled to be delivered.
    Total Amount
    The total amount to be paid.
    Currency Code
    The currency code for the sales order.
  3. Click Next.
