Working with Contacts

Use the Contact details screen to review and modify the details of the contact selected on the Contact list screen. The Contact details screen comprises of these tabs:

  • DETAILS: The details related to the contact can be viewed and modified.
  • RELATED: The entities related to the item can be viewed and modified. These entities are:
    • Address
    • Email
    • Files
    • Notes
    • Phone Number
    • Website
  1. Select Contact on the navigation bar. The Contact list screen is displayed.
  2. Click the name of the contact. The Contact details screen is displayed.
  3. Select the Details tab.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. View or modify this information:
    Title
    The designation of the contact.
    First Name
    The first name of the contact.
    Last Name
    The last name of the contact.
    Primary Email
    The primary email address of the contact.
    Primary Phone
    The primary phone number of the contact.
    Primary Address
    The primary address of the contact.
    Primary Website
    The primary website of the contact.
    Account Name
    The name of the account.
    Account Manager
    The person or team within an organization that manages the account relationship.
    Person Name
    The name of the person.
  6. Click Save.
