Using User Signature Capture

Use the Signature Capture user screen to record the signature of a user.
Note: The user signature can be attached in the Printed Invoice and Delivery Note documents for Standard Van Sale order type.

To record a signature:

  1. Click the User Profile icon.
  2. Click Add Signature.
  3. Sign above the line.
    Note: You can click Clear option to clear the signature.
  4. Click Next to save the signature.
