Using Promotions in Visit Summary

Use the Promotions list in the Visit Summary screen to review the summary of promotions associated with an Account.

Note:  The Promotion must be selected as the Campaign Type.

To view the Promotions list:

  1. Select Visit Planning from the navigation bar. The Visit Planning screen is displayed.
  2. Expand the Accounts related section and select an Account.
  3. Select an activity in the Calendar and click the Edit icon. The Visit Summary screen is displayed.
  4. Expand the Promotions related section to view the list of promotions. The Promotions list is displayed.
  5. Review this information:
    Name
    The name of the promotion.
    Sell-in
    The date by which products related to the promotion can be sold.
    Shipment
    The date by which products related to the promotion can be shipped.
    Campaign Date
    The date on which campaign promotion.
    Status
    The current status of the promotional campaign.
    Task Completed
    Select the Yes or No link corresponding to Task Completed field to view agreement details.
    Note: The Task Completed field is automatically set to Yes when at least one agreement product is added to the agreement.
    Agreement Reached
    Select the Yes or No link corresponding to Agreement Reached field to view agreement details.
    Note: The Agreement Reached field is automatically set to Yes when at least one agreement product with Displays greater than zero is added to the agreement.
    On this screen you can:
    1. Access the Agreement details screen by performing one of these:
      • Select one or more promotion and click Manage Agreements button, or
      • Click the Yes or No link under Task Completed or Agreement Reached column
    2. Create a sales order by selecting a promotion with an associated agreement where Agreement Reached field is set to Yes.
