Sales Orders overview

Sales orders track the products purchased by the accounts. This includes information such as the date on which the sales order is created, the date on which the sales order is promised to the customer and the respective status.

Note:

You can access the records based on the access rights provided.
You cannot create or modify the sales orders in Infor CRM, if application is integrated with an accounting system and have enabled the option to allow the accounting system to manage sales orders.
