Adding an incentive payment from Product Swap

  1. Select Visit Planning on the navigation bar. The Visit Planning
  2. Select the required account.
    Note: You can create an account or select an existing account. screen is displayed.
  3. Click the Green screen is icon. The Visit Preview window is displayed.
  4. Click the Eye Preview icon. The Visit Execution screen is displayed.
  5. Select Product Swaps on the navigation bar. The Product Swaps list screen is displayed.
  6. Click Add. The Swapped Out Products screen is displayed.
  7. Select a reason from the list in the Reason field.
  8. Click Add. The Products list screen is displayed.
  9. Click Next. The Swapped In Negotiation screen is displayed.
  10. Select the required products.
  11. Specify this information:
    Incentive Reason
    The reason for which the incentive payment is added. Possible values:
    • Sell Out
    • Recall
    • Unsellable Item
    Incentive Value
    The incentive payment amount.
  12. Click Next. The Confirmation screen is displayed.
  13. Click Check.
    Note: 
    • If the changes need to be made, you can click back arrow. The Product Swap list screen is displayed.
    • You can verify the entry on the Incentive Payment list screen.
