Downloading Stock Request

Use Van Stock Request Summary screen to review and download the Van Stock requests.

To download a Van Stock request:

Select Van Stock Status from the navigation bar. The Van Stock Status screen is displayed.
Select View Stock Requests option from the More menu. The Van Stock Request Summary screen is displayed.
Click Download corresponding to the Stock Bin field. The status is updated for the respective Van Stock and automatically updated for the download of inventory receipts.
Note:
- For downloading the Van Stock requests, the process requires WIFI or Mobile Data access to the CRM-CE, backend consistent with the normal synchronization process.
- Stock requests are available for download once the Infor M3 Distribution Order is dispatched in M3.
- Stock requests are delivered physically and cannot be downloaded until the Infor M3-based stockroom personnel complete the posting of the Distribution Order as dispatched in Infor M3.
