Verifying chain and alias in sales order
Use CRM Mobile application to verify the chain and alias in sales order.
- Navigate to the Synchronization screen and click Synchronize Changes to sync the changes from the CRM web application.
- Select Sales Order on the navigation bar. The Sales Order screen is displayed.
- Click Add to create a new sales order. The Sales Order Header page is displayed.

Select a CRM only account with chain.
Note:
- The account chain or the account’s business chain level 3 must have a product alias.
- The default chain is auto populated in the Chain field.
- Click Next.
- Specify the quantity for the products with alias retrieved from chain or business chain level 3 in the Product lookup window.
- Click Next. The Sales Order summary is displayed.
- Click Check. The detailed view of the created order is displayed.
- Click Print. The Sales Order Acknowledgement is displayed.
- Click Email. The Sales Order Acknowledgement is attached to the email.
