Verifying chain and alias in sales order

Use CRM Mobile application to verify the chain and alias in sales order.

  1. Navigate to the Synchronization screen and click Synchronize Changes to sync the changes from the CRM web application.
  2. Select Sales Order on the navigation bar. The Sales Order screen is displayed.
  3. Click Add to create a new sales order. The Sales Order Header page is displayed.
  4. Select a CRM only account with chain.
    Note: 
    • The account chain or the account’s business chain level 3 must have a product alias.
    • The default chain is auto populated in the Chain field.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Specify the quantity for the products with alias retrieved from chain or business chain level 3 in the Product lookup window.
  7. Click Next. The Sales Order summary is displayed.
  8. Click Check. The detailed view of the created order is displayed.
  9. Click Print. The Sales Order Acknowledgement is displayed.
  10. Click Email. The Sales Order Acknowledgement is attached to the email.
