Reviewing the Van Stock Lots

Use the Van Stock by Lot Code page to review the Van Stocks Lots. The field sales representative can review the quantity of stock available at lot level. You can use the search bar to search for a specific product or lot code. On this screen you can review details such as:
  • Product Description
  • Units
  • Lot Number
  • Quantity
  • Last Audit date

To review details related to the van stock lots:

  1. Select Van Stock Status from the navigation bar. The Van Stock Status screen is displayed.
  2. Select View Stock Lots option from the More menu. The Van Stock by Lot Code screen is displayed.
  3. Review the details related to the Van Stock by the lot code.
