Pausing and Canceling Marketing Emails

To pause, resume or cancel scheduled marketing emails:

  1. Expand the Marketing Emails related section from the Campaign details page.
  2. Perform one of these steps:
    • Select the marketing emails from the card or list page and click Edit.
    • Click View Full List and locate the marketing emails you require to pause, resume or cancel. Click the Subject or select the check box corresponding to the record you require to modify and click Edit.
  3. Select one of these options:
    • Use the Pause option to pause the scheduled email from sending. This option is displayed only when an email is scheduled and not yet sent.
    • Use the Resume option to resume the process of sending the scheduled email. This option is displayed only when an email is paused.
    • Use the Canceloption to cancel paused or scheduled emails. This option is displayed only when an email is scheduled or paused.
