Working with Sales Order snapshot

Use the Sales Order Snapshot to view or modify the information for a selected sales orders value.

Note: 
  • The snapshot displays the information for the base currency, sales order currency, and the user currency, exchange rate and the exchange rate date. The price information reflects the most recent currency code and exchange rate.
  • You cannot modify the Discount, Shipping and Tax values in the sales order snapshot when the sales order status is set to: Working, Invoiced, Shipped, Partially Shipped, Closed, Canceled, Hold, Complete, Deleted.

To access the Sales Order Snapshot:

  1. Click Sales Orders on the navigation pane. The Sales Orders list page is displayed.
  2. Click the required Sales order. The Sales Order details page is displayed.
  3. Click Grand Total.
  4. Review or modify this information:
    Subtotal
    The total cost of all the products associated with the sales order, minus any discounts.
    Note: This field cannot be modified.
    Discount
    The discount applied on the sales order.
    Note: This value is displayed only if the Local CRM Pricing Sales Order option is set to True, on the Back Office Extension, in the Integrations Maintenance details page.
    Shipping
    The cost of shipping the order to the customer.
    Note: This value is displayed only if the Local CRM Pricing Sales Order option is set to True, on the Back Office Extension, in the Integrations Maintenance details page.
    Tax
    The tax rate applied to the sales order.
    Note: This value is displayed only if the Local CRM Pricing Sales Order option is set to True, on the Back Office Extension, in the Integrations Maintenance details page.
    Grand Total
    The total amount of the sales order including discounts, shipping cost and tax.
    Note: This field cannot be modified.
    Currency
    The currency type of the sales order.
    Exchange Rate
    The exchange rate applied to the sales order.
    Note: 
    • This field cannot be modified.
    • This value is displayed only if the Local CRM Pricing Sales Order option is set to True, on the Back Office Extension, in the Integrations Maintenance details page.
    Exchange Rate Date
    The date when the exchange rate for the selected currency is set.
    Note: 
    • This field cannot be modified.
    • This value is displayed only if the Local CRM Pricing Sales Order option is set to True, on the Back Office Extension, in the Integrations Maintenance details page.
    Exchange rate lock
    Select this check box to save the current exchange rate for this Sales Order.
