Phone Numbers related section
The Phone Numbers related section displays the phone numbers linked to the selected entity.
You can access this section from the details page of these entities:
- Account
- Contact
- Lead
Note: The workspace can be different based on the
access rights provided to you or the customization.
The toolbar options available in this section
- : Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
- : Use this option to add a new phone number.
- : Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
- : Use this option to view and modify the phone numbers linked to the selected entity. See Viewing the full list of Phone Numbers.
For each record, you can:
- View if the phone number is primary or the main phone number for a selected entity.
- Click to view or modify the phone number details.
- Click to delete the phone number.
