Adding a new Campaign

  1. Click Campaign in the navigation pane. The Campaign list page is displayed.
  2. Select Campaign option from the Quick Add menu. The Add New Campaign window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name of the campaign.
    Description
    The brief description of the campaign.
    Type
    The type of campaign. Possible values:
    • Email
    • Phone Call
    • Mail
    • Fax
    • Media
    • Multiple
    Status
    The status of the campaign.
    Start Date
    The date on which the campaign starts.
    End Date
    The date on which the campaign ends.
    Promotion Type
    The type of promotion considered for the account. Possible values:
    • In/Out
    • Standard
    • Talon
    Owner
    The person or team in the organization that manages the access to the campaign.
    Manager
    The person or team in the organization that manages the campaign.
    Region
    The region in which the campaign takes place.
    Distribution Chain
    The list of distribution chain for the account.
    Advertising Circle
    The list of advertising circle for the account.
    Sell in Start Date
    The date from which sell-in starts for the promotion.
    Note: This field is enabled only when the campaign type is set to Promotion.
    Sell in End Date
    The date on which sell-in ends for the promotion.
    Note: This field is enabled only when the campaign type is set to Promotion.
    Shipping Start Date
    The date from which the shipping is initiated for the promotion.
    Note: This field is enabled only when the campaign type is set to Promotion.
    Shipping End Date
    The date up to which the shipping is continued for the promotion.
    Note: This field is enabled only when the campaign type is set to Promotion.
    Modular Listing Type
    The type of modular listing. Possible values:
    • Customer
    • Competitor
    • Sales Execution
    • Internal
    • Promotion
    • Modular Listing
    Note: This field is enabled only when the campaign type is set to Modular Listing.
    Target Process
    The target process of the modular listing. Possible values:
    • Order
    • Basic Shelf Survey
    Note: This field is enabled only when the campaign type is set to Modular Listing.
  4. Click Submit.
    Note: On the Campaign details page, use the related items to add products, stages, steps, and targets. A Campaign usually contains one or more Stages.
