Emails related section

The Emails related section displays the emails linked to the selected entity.

You can access this section from the details page of these entities:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Lead
Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or the customization.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Insert: Use this option to add a new email.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the data related to the Email linked to the selected entity.

For each email, you can:

  • View if the email is Primary or the Main email for a particular type.
  • Click Edit to view or modify the email details.
  • Click Delete to delete the email.
