Associating Tickets with a Contact
- Expand the Ticketsrelated section on the Contact details page.
- Click Associate.

Use the lookup to select a ticket and click Submit.
Note:
- Associating tickets with a contact does not set the contact as the primary ticket contact. Setting primary contact can be completed using the Ticket Contacts related Item in the Ticket details page.
- You can also associate a contact to a ticket from the Ticket details page from the Ticket Contacts related item.

Click Remove
Association corresponding to the ticket that is not required to
be associated with the contact.
Note: You can also remove association from View Full List.
- Click Yes to confirm
