Associating Tickets with a Contact

  1. Expand the Ticketsrelated section on the Contact details page.
  2. Click Associate.
  3. Use the lookup to select a ticket and click Submit.
    Note: 
    • Associating tickets with a contact does not set the contact as the primary ticket contact. Setting primary contact can be completed using the Ticket Contacts related Item in the Ticket details page.
    • You can also associate a contact to a ticket from the Ticket details page from the Ticket Contacts related item.
  4. Click Remove Association corresponding to the ticket that is not required to be associated with the contact.
    Note: You can also remove association from View Full List.
  5. Click Yes to confirm
