Completing an Activity

You can complete a scheduled activity, or an unscheduled activity, such as an unplanned phone call.

If you cannot complete the activity, click Cancel to return to the previous view.

Note: The calendar security determines whose activities you can schedule, modify, complete, accept/decline, or delete. You can also view activities associated with contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities, or tickets that you can access.
  1. Click Activity in the navigation pane. The Activities list page is displayed.
  2. Click the activity name. The details page is displayed.
  3. Click Complete. The Complete Activity window is displayed.
  4. Click Yes.
