Viewing the Import History details

You can use the Import Account or Contact window to view the import details related to a contact, lead or account.

You can click Import History on the User Menu to access this window.

On this page you can:

  • View a list of the import history records in the left pane.
  • Select a history record in the list to view the details in the right pane.
  • View the status, import file name, who submitted the import file, and the basic import statistics.
  • Import a list of records
  • Review the information on these tabs:
    • Details
    • Statistics
    • Options
    • Log
