Dialing a Phone Number

You can dial a phone number specified for an entity.

Note: You must have a dialer provider installed and enabled to dial a phone number.
  1. Click Phone icon corresponding to a phone number on the details page of an entity.
    Note: You can also dail a phone number from the list and details page.
  2. Click Yes to sign in, when a message is displayed, if a dialer provider is enabled, however, you have not logged on.
