Incentive Payments overview

Incentive Payments are sent directly to the store instead of the Chain to create more space for the product in the store. The payment is made to create a secondary placement in the store or for rebuilding a full shelf.

You can use the Incentive Payments list page to review the details of the record.

On this page, you can:

Click the Approve icon to approve the incentive payment.
Click the Reject icon to reject the incentive payment.
Click the Request icon to compose an incentive payment.
Click the Hold icon to pause an incentive payment.
Click the Paid icon to pay an incentive payment.
