Working with Shipments

Use the details page to view information for a selected entity.

  1. Click Shipments from the navigation pane.
  2. Select the required shipment, and click the Shipment ID. The Shipments details page is displayed.
  3. Click View More to view this information:
    Shipment ID
    The unique ID assigned when the shipment is created.
    Account
    The account associated with the shipment.
    Declared Value
    The value of the shipment considered for the computing freight charges, and for limiting the carrier's liability for damage, loss, or delay.
    Shipment Total Amount
    The total cost of the goods sold.
    Freight Amount
    The cost of shipping.
    Ownership Transfer
    The place from where the transfer of ownership takes place.
    Incoterms
    International Commercial (INCO) Terms are a series of pre-defined commercial terms widely used in International commercial transactions or procurement processes.
    Transportation
    The mode to transport products or goods.
    Warehouse
    The location from where the shipment is being sourced.
    Status
    The status of the Shipment. For example, Shipped, In Transit, Back ordered.
    Gross Weight
    The weight of the item being shipped and the packaging.
    Gross Weight Unit of Measure
    The unit of measure for the gross weight.
    Partial Ship Allowed
    If this check box is selected, the products are shipped separately when there are multiple items in the order.
    Document Date
    A date stamp from the integrated application to identify when the information is last published.
    Last Modified Date
    The date on which the shipment is last modified.
    Promised Date
    The date on which the shipment is promised to be delivered to the customer.
    Actual Ship Date
    The date on which the shipment left the warehouse.
    Actual Delivery Date
    The date on which the shipment arrived at the Account site.
    Shipping Address
    The location where the shipped item is to be delivered.
  4. Click Save.

    You can expand related section to access additional relevant information.

    The related item available for Shipments is Shipment Line Items.

    This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. See the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

    On this page, you can:

    • Access functionality from the details page toolbar.
    • Access these Detail menu option:
      • Accounting
      • Sync History
    Note: This menu is only available on the details page.
    • View the History tab: One of two tabs available to the right when the details page is expanded. Displays history of activities on the record. When there are more activities, the activities are displayed in the screen, click View Full List to view more activities. Only available on the full details page.
    • View the Files tab. One of two tabs available to the right when the details page is expanded. Displays history of the attachments uploaded to the record. When there are more attachments, the attachments are displayed in the screen, click View Full List to view more attachments. Only available on the full details page.
