Campaigns related section
The related section displays the campaigns linked to the selected entity.
You can access this section from the details page of these entities:
- Accounts
- Oppurtunities
- Products
Note: The workspace can be different based on the
access rights provided to you or the customization.
The toolbar options available in this section:
- : Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format
- : Use this option to associate a campaign with the selected entity.
- : Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
- : Use this option to view or modify the data related to the campaigns linked to the selected entity.
For each record, you can:
- Click the Campaign name or to view or modify the campaign details.
- Use the option to disassociate a campaign from the selected entity.
Note:
- You can also view the Campaign Start Date and Campaign End Date of the campaign. The date on which the campaign is associated with product is defaulted as valid from date, and the valid to date is defaulted as 12/31/2099.
- You can modify the list of campaign products using the Edit option.
