Salespersons related section

The Salespersons related section displays the salespersons linked to the selected entity.

You can access this section from the details page of these entities:

  • Account
  • Invoice
  • Ship To
  • Quote
  • Sales Order

You can only view this information. To add or modify the data, you must access the integrated application. For specific questions, refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or the customization.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in a Card or List format
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view the data of the Salespersons linked to the selected entity.

You can view the information related to the Salesperson in the Card or List format. For each record, you can:

  • Click the Salesperson name to view the Salesperson data on details page.
  • Click email to send an email to the salesperson.
