Deleting Tickets

When you delete a ticket, you delete all information associated with that ticket.

Note: You can delete tickets based on the access rights provided to you.

To delete one or more tickets:

  1. Click Tickets in the navigation pane. The Tickets list page is displayed.
  2. Select the check boxes of the records you are required to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click OK when prompted, and then click Save to save the deletion.
