Understanding Ming.le Widgets in Infor CRM CE

Widgets provide a snapshot of information. You can add, edit and remove widgets from your Ming.le Homepage. Infor CRM CE provides several out-of-the box widgets.

If Infor CRM CE is already open and a dialog box is open when you click a Ming.le link or Bookmark to an Infor CRM CE record, the record opens in a dialog box on top of the previously opened dialog box. Before you can create a bookmark, you must close any open dialog boxes and reopen the record you want to bookmark.

There are three categories of Infor CRM CE widgets:

Generic Widgets

The Generic Widgets can be configured by the user to display specific information within the widget. These are the Generic Widgets:

Chart Widget: Displays the information in a chart. The user can select the type of chart to display.
Filter List Widget: Displays the information in a list page. The user can select an Infor CRM CE Filter to display in the widget.

Entity Specific Widgets

The Entity Specific Widgets are already configured out-of-the box so there are no configuration options available to the user. These are the Entity Specific Widgets:

Activities Widget: Shows a list of the user’s activities.
Prospects Widget: Shows a list of accounts that have a type of Prospect.
Opportunities Widget: Shows a list of opportunities and the associated quotes.

Note: You can drill through to the data within Infor CRM Sales Cloud in the generic and entity specific widgets.

You can select the View Group or click the Widget menu in the widget title bar. Infor CRM CE opens the group within the Ming.le framework.

Context Widget: The Context widget displays in the contextual sidebar of Ming.le.
Opportunity Status Widget: Displays a summary of Open Opportunities, Opportunities Won and Opportunities Lost.
