Worklog related section

The Worklog related section displays the worklog items associated with working on and resolving the ticket.

You can access this section from the Ticket details page.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in the section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and list page.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the Worklog details linked to the selected ticket.
Note: For each record, you can click Edit to view or modify the ticket Worklog details.
