Working with the Activities list

Use the Activities list page to manage your scheduled activities. If you have additional access rights, you can also view other Infor CRM users' activities. You can use filters to narrow the list of records in the list.

You can modify a list view by rearranging the order of columns, and adjusting column widths. Double-click a column header to sort the information in that column. These changes are not visible to other users.

You can use these options on the list page toolbar:

  • Manage Filters
  • Select All: Use this option to select all the records on the list page.
  • Reset All Selection: Use this option to clear the check boxes for selected records.
  • Delete Selected Records: Use this option to remove the records.
  • Reload: Use this option to refresh the data displayed on the page.
  • Get More Rows: Use this option to retrieve (if available) more than the first 200 records that are displayed by default.
  • Export to CSV: Use this option to export the selected records in CSV format.
  • Accept: Use this option to set the Activity status to Accepted for the selected records. The participant status is updated in each activity where the signed in user is a participant.
  • Tentative: Use this option to set the Activity status to Tentative for the selected records. The participant status is updated in each activity where the signed in user is a participant.
  • Decline: Use this option to set the Activity status to Declined for the selected records. The participant status is updated in each activity where the signed in user is a participant.
  • Complete Selected Activities: Use this option to access the Quick Complete window wherein you can complete the selected activities individually or all at once, subject to calendar security.
