Using the Ticket Quick Search

Use the Quick Search window to find information about the caller when creating a ticket or locating an existing ticket.

To use the Ticket Quick Search:

  1. Select Quick Search from the Quick Add menu. The CRM Ticket Quick Search window is displayed.
  2. Specify the required information in the fields displayed.
  3. Click Submit. A window is displayed wherein the matching records are displayed in these grids:
    • Account Results
    • Contact Results
    • Lead Results
    • Ticket Results
  4. Specify a value on the Search field to view the search results.
    You can also:
    • Add more records using the Get More Rows option.
    • Click the hyperlink of the matching record to view details based on the selected record.
    • Add a ticket by selecting Ticket option from the Quick Add menu.
