Deleting Sales Orders

You can delete a Sales Order and related products and addresses to the sales order, if any. You cannot delete a Sales Order for the Account, Opportunity, Bill To, Ship To or Pay From, if the Sales Orders status is set to Closed, Deleted or Transmitted to Accounting status.

To delete Sales Order for an account or opportunity:

  1. Access the details page.
  2. Expand the Sales Orders section.
  3. Click Delete corresponding to the sales order to be deleted.
  4. Click Yes to confirm deletion.

To delete multiple sales orders for an account or opportunity:

  1. Access the details page.
  2. Expand the Sales Orders section. See Sales Orders related section.
  3. Click View Full List in the Sales Orders section.
  4. Select the check boxes corresponding to the sales orders to be deleted.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click Sales Order Number.
  7. Select the check boxes corresponding to the Sales Orders to be deleted.
  8. Click Delete.
  9. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

To delete sales order for Bill To, Ship To or Pay From:

  1. Access the details page.
  2. Expand the Sales Orders section.
  3. Click Sales Order link.
  4. Select the check boxes corresponding to the sales order to be deleted.
  5. Click Delete.

    To select all the check boxes, click Select All. To clear all the checkboxes, click Reset All Selection.

  6. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
