Administering Ticket Worklog Rates

Use the Ticket Worklog Rates details page to add or modify a rate for a ticket Worklog type.

Note: You must be logged into Infor CloudSuite CRM Administration Portal and have appropriate permissions to perform this task.
  1. Select System Administration > Ticket Worklog Rates from the navigation pane.
  2. Locate the required record by scrolling or using the Filter option.
  3. Click the required record name.
    You can view or modify this information:
    Rate Type
    The type of rate.
    Description
    The description of the Rate Type.
    Hourly Rate
    The amount that is charged, paid, or earned for every hour worked.
    Create User
    The name of the user who creates the Worklog rate.
    Create Date
    The date on which the Worklog rate has been created.
    Modify User
    The name of the user who last modified the Worklog rate.
    Modify Date
    The date on which the Worklog rate has been last modified.
    Note:  You cannot delete a Worklog Rate that is currently being used in a ticket from the Infor CloudSuite CRM Sales Cloud.
