Scheduling a Recurring Activity
Recurring activities take place simultaneously each day, week, month, or year. For example, a staff meeting every Monday at 10 AM, or a board meeting at 9 PM on the second Monday of each month.
You can choose to have an activity occur:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Yearly
- Select the required activity.
- Click Repeat.
- Verify the start date of the activity in Start Date field.
- Select the interval for the activity in the Repeat list. Depending on the option you specify, selections are displayed requiring more in-depth scheduling information.

Set the Frequency
Interval and End
Repeat options for the selected interval. You can end the
activity after a set number of occurrences or on a specific date. Possible
values:
- Daily
- Frequency Interval: A number to indicate the number of days between the repeat pattern.
- End Repeat: Select one of these
- End On: The date when the repeat pattern ends.
- End After: The number of times to repeat the pattern before it ends.
- Weekly
- Frequency Interval: The number of weeks between the repeat pattern.
- Select the check box for each day of the week on which the activity should repeat.
- End
Repeat: Select one of these:
- End On: Select the date when the repeat pattern ends.
- End After: The number of times to repeat the pattern before it ends.
- Monthly
- Frequency Interval: The number of months between the repeat pattern.
- Select one of these:
- On the same day each month: Day number: Type the number to indicate the day of the month.
- On the same week each month
- End
Repeat: Select one of these:
- End On: Select the date when the repeat pattern ends.
- End After: Type the number of times to repeat the pattern before it ends.
- Yearly
- Frequency Interval: Type the number of years between the repeat pattern.
- Select one of these:
- On the same day each year
- Day number: Type the number to indicate the day of the month.
- Month: Select the month from the list.
- On the same week each year
- Week of the month: Select the week of the month, and then select the day of the week.
- Month: Select the month from the list.
- End Repeat:
Select one of these:
- End On: Select the date when the repeat pattern ends
- End After: Type the number of times to repeat the pattern before it ends
- Daily

Click Submit.
All scheduled occurrences of the activity display on your calendar.
