Tickets overview

Tickets are records of customer inquiries or complaints. Ticket functionality enables recording of the information reported by customers. These tickets can be used to:

  • Create new tickets for an account or contact
  • Track the time spent on resolving issues using the Punch In or Punch Out option
  • Record calendar activities or other activities for a ticket
  • Search for existing tickets
  • Manage ticket worklog
