Cancelling a Workflow

To cancel a workflow for an opportunity, quote or sales order:

  1. Access a details page.
  2. Expand the ION Workflows section.
  3. Right-click in the section and select Cancel Workflow

    The application evaluates in-process workflows defined for the same record type, and cancels the execution of those workflows.

    The status is set to Cancelled for:

    • The task that has been sent before canceling of a workflow.
    • The workflow record in the ION Workflow section of the associated record
