Contact associations related section in account details page

The Contact Associations related section displays the list of contacts that are associated with an account but are primarily related to another account.

You can access this section from the Account details page.

Note: The workspace can be different based on the access rights provided to you or the customization.

The toolbar options available in this section:

  • Expand: Use this option to view the records in this section. A maximum of 20 records are displayed in the Card or List format.
  • Associate: Use this option to associate a contact.
  • Toggle View: Use this option to switch between the Card and the List format.
  • View Full List: Use this option to view or modify the data related to the Contact linked to the Account.

You can view the information related to the Contact in the Card and List format. For each record, you can:

  • View if the Contact is a Primary for the primary Account.
  • View the options to access the Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles of the contact.
  • Click the name of the Contact or Edit to view or modify the Contact details.
  • Click Remove to disassociate the Contact from the Account.
