Associating Products with a Response

Use the Products tab in the Response window to associate a product with a response.

  1. Expand the Responses related section on the Campaign details page.
  2. Search the response that must be added to a product.
  3. Click the contact or lead name or click Edit.
  4. Select the Products tab and click Associate.
  5. Select the product that must be associated with the response, from the list.
  6. Click Submit.
    Note: To remove a product from the response,you must click Remove Association.
